Reservations

How to reserve a trip:

Making your reservation with us is simple!

  1. Reservation Request- Send us a reservation request with your dates and booking information, or just give us a call!
  2. Booking Deposit– We will get in touch with you to set up your reservation.  A non-refundable booking deposit of $200 confirms your reservation
  3. Balance Due– The remaining balance for your trip is due 14 days prior to your trip date.  We will notify you by email one day prior to the balance due date with a link to make the final payment.  The full trip amount is due at the time of booking for reservations scheduled less than 14 days in advance.

Cancellation Policy

Booking deposits are non-refundable, regardless of circumstance. Reservations canceled less than 14 days prior to the trip date will result in the forfeiture of the full advance payment, or you may reschedule your dates one time at the prevailing rate for any available dates within a year with no penalty. In the rare event of extreme weather conditions or natural disaster that results in us having to cancel your trip, all payments will be credited towards the rescheduling of your trip with us in the future, with no expiration. If you are unable to return at a later date, we are happy to help you work with your travel insurance agent in order to make a claim.

Protect Your Trip

Your trip to Alaska could be impacted by natural disaster or pandemic.  We highly recommend safeguarding your trip with Cancel for Any Reason travel insurance to protect you and your investment from the unexpected.  CFAR insurance must be purchased within a certain period of time of your reservation- consult your agent.
